Skulker 2.0 from Ultimate Danny Phantom.

Skulker, the tiny ectoplasmic ghoulie that hides behind his monstrous mechanized mask, is a composite ghost made up of the restless souls of some of the worlds best (not best known) mercenaries. The dominant consciousness is that of Kaine Manson, brother of Ishmael "Izzy" Manson, and the uncle of none other than Phantom's friend and potential romantic interest; Samantha Manson.

Once he discovered that his niece existed (never having thought the possibility through previosuly), he became much more involved with her life than his employer deemed healthy to her continued operations. Plasmius' ambitions placed Samantha in unnecessarily excessive amounts of danger on an almost regular basis, and Skulker's loyalties soon became clear. Blood was thicker than ectoplasm.

Plasmius employed Nicolai Technus, freed from GIW confines, to construct a new battle suit for her most effective weapon. But it would not be Kaine Manson who piloted the new armor. Plasmius managed to separate Kaine from his composite body and froze him in stasis to prevent ectoplasmic degeneration. The new Skulker, taking his former alias as his actual name, was permanently bonded with the armor. Plasmius finally had what she always wanted; a completely loyal and impossibly powerful servant.

Phantom was in for the fright of his life . . .
